Sittu Entertainment is a Toronto-based production, financing company specializing independent films.

We bring years of successful business and finance experience to film production and distribution.

We are currently developing a Canadian feature film and is looking for new members to join our team who can facilitate the producers with various administrative and creative tasks in the intense yet fun pre-production stage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting production and creative team with various research
- Supervising production assistants
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings across departments
- Managing schedules and communicating schedule changes
- Coordinate transportation needs
- Coordinating with vendors regarding delivery of vehicles, materials and equipment rental, catering services, or other items needed for productions
- Coordinating location logistics
- Managing food needs of the crew and creative members of the production
- Procuring and organizing production inventory, including art props, costumes, office supplies, merchandise goods
- Supporting daily and maintenance of the production office
- Assisting with answering telephones, filing paperwork and data entry, arranging meals and travels as needed
- Executing tasks as assigned by the line producer and production manager

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience on set preferred
- Must hold a valid G driver’s license
- Access to a vehicle preferred
- Ability to communicate and collaborate well with producers and crews
- Ability to follow up with the producers and strong execution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Must know Microsoft Office; Final draft and Adobe program is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stressed environment
- Previous experience in office administration is preferred
- Previous experience and knowledge in film production or related business is preferred
- Marketing or editing background is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance

**Salary**: From $250.00 per day
