DH Warehousing & Fulfillment is a self-run warehousing company specializing in overseas warehouses in Canada. DH headquartered in Toronto with regional offices in Vancouver, providing professional services to customers throughout Canada. Our company has 16 years of service experience, mainly providing order fulfillment service for cross-border e-commerce sellers, integrated overseas warehousing service, customs clearance service, logistic and transportation service in North America.

We are now hiring a full-time **Inside Sales** to support our dynamically growing business.

Working Hour:

- Monday
- Friday: 9:00-17:30

**Language**:

- _**Mandarin & English**_

Job Duty:

- Communicate with customers in a good manner. Maintain a good long-term relationship with customers and suppliers.
- Prospecting for new opportunities and finding leads through various channels
- Transfer information/inquiries from clients to colleagues in relevant department.
- Collaborate among team members by helping each other.
- Other duties as assigned based on operational needs

Qualification:

- College diploma, in general business, or equivalent work experience
- 1 year of experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel
- Professional maturity and demonstrated ability to take initiative, to work independently and follow through on work assignments
- Competency to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and treat sensitive information with discretion
- Personable and courteous in working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proactive, collaborative, and demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking skills, and the ability to adjust to changing priorities

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
