**Company Description**

Since 1994, the expert team of mortgage brokers at One Stop Mortgage Corp. have specialized in making mortgage lending easy and fast. By bridging the gap between consumers and investors, our company provides mortgage broker services such as mortgages, home equity loans, debt consolidation, mortgage investment opportunities, construction loans, etc. For over 28 years, our team of mortgage brokers have been providing thousands of mortgage investment opportunities to lenders.

**Job Purpose**

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring all conditions are met for the client, Lender, Appraiser, etc.
- Reviewing documentation submitted by clients to ensure it meets the requirements of the Lender partners
- Meeting with the Mortgage Broker to ensure all mortgage files are processed within a timely and efficient manner
- Creating documents to support the mortgage financing process
- Aiding in the Communication and following up with Lawyers, and Appraisers
- Supporting collecting client information, assembling mortgage packages, documents and reports
- Answering phone calls, taking messages
- Filing documents away once they are closed and completed
- Bank Deposits, Processing outgoing mail and courier packages
- Additional support to the OSM Team, as needed

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**
- Minimum High School diploma, post-secondary education is considered an asset
- Experience in the mortgage, finance or real estate industry is not required but will be considered an asset
- Strong working knowledge of MS Suite is required; knowledge of Mortgage Automator is considered an asset
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software
- RECA and BCFSA licensing and Mortgage underwriting experience will be considered an asset but are not required

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills and assist in projects outside the position are required.
- Outgoing, friendly personality with a positive team player attitude is required
- Excellent customer service skills, both in person, virtually, and over the phone
- Able to communicate in a professional, pleasant and confidential manner
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines under pressure
- A great attention to detail and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
