**Job Description**:
- Prepare Listing Contracts and assist with evaluations
- Prepare all marketing material such as flyers, postcards and related
- Deliver printed material to Canada Post for delivery
- Prepare and organize showing on listings
- Arrange property schedule and Buyer's tours
- Organize and arrange a calendar of events and meetings
- Request showing feedback and provide to the clients
- Assist and prepare with Pre Listing and Buyer's packages
- Keep inundated with the current market trends
- Familiarize and be proficient with Realtor Platforms
- Communicate with active clients on a weekly basis informing them about market changes where warranted
- Organize and assist in client event planning
- Schedule and maintain Social Media posts and accounts
Wage: Hourly PLUS performance based bonuses
Monday - Friday - 9-5
Flexible work schedule maybe considered
**Salary**: Hourly wage PLUS performance based bonuses
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
