3D Technical Specialist

**Meet your future team**:
The Inline Digital team at Arc’teryx is integrated cross functionally across Design and Development to bring digital capability and expertise to the forefront of our product creation process. We streamline workflow through ideation and prototyping, create efficiencies by utilizing 3D assets early in the development and commercialization processes, and provide industry leading digital assets for internal and external partners.

**If you were in the 3D Technical Specialist role now, here are some of the core activities you would be responsible for**:

- Supporting the digitization of physical assets and digital asset management (materials, trims, product) and maintaining the 3D library for materials and trim assets
- Supporting the Design and Development teams’ digitalization capabilities by providing advanced 3D design, visualization and prototyping tools and training
- Serving as a resource for CLO3D across the design floor, leading the onboarding of new users and sharing of best practices
- Creating checkpoints throughout the asset creation process to ensure asset compliance and sign off by the appropriate partner
- Discovering, evaluating, and sharing other advanced digital creation technologies that support design and company objectives
- Supporting the implementation of CLO3D within the apparel product design and development workflow
- Supporting the continual evolution and upkeep of 3D block library
- Supporting the maintenance of 3D Avatars for development and marketing use
- Helping to identify opportunities to reduce sampling through the use of 3D technology

- You are technically proficient with various technologies: CLO3D, Adobe Creative Suite, Gerber, Substance Designer, MODO
- You have an understanding of the design and development process
