**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- ** Recruitment Coordination**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date applicant tracking system.
- ** Onboarding and Orientation**:

- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork.
- ** HR Administration**:

- Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and handling documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- ** Employee Relations**:

- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
- Foster positive employee relations by providing support and guidance as needed.
- ** Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of required reports and documentation.
- ** Data Analysis**:

- Compile and analyze HR data to generate reports for management review.
- Identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- High proficiency in English
- Proven experience in HR coordination and recruitment for Translation/Localization Companies.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
