We are a local carpentry-based construction company with an immediate need to add a forming and framing Project Manager.
- Red Seal Carpenter with a minimum of 5 years of experience directly related to framing, forming, finishing, and all aspects of carpentry in Canada.
- Proven experience supervising and managing projects in a commercial setting
- Managing other supervisors and lead hands and ensuring measuring production targets
- Ability to perform material take offs and order materials
- Create and manage schedules according to client requirements
- Ability to perform accurate and fast layout
- Complete confidence in reading and interpreting plans in all disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Electrical etc.)
- Ability to manage subcontractors on site and measure production
- A team attitude
- A punctual work record
- Ability to get to and from sites reliably each day via a reliable vehicle
- Valid SIN
- Valid drivers license
- Previous experience leading a team of carpenters
- CSTS-20 & WHIMS, Fall Protection Training

I am open to a single sub-contractor if you are performing the work yourself. No on-demand labour companies please and no crews.

Pay: $95,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
