Join Our Team as a Framing Site Supervisor

Are you a skilled and motivated individual with a passion for construction and project management? Look no further Grandvilla Construction Ltd. is seeking a Framing Site Supervisor to join our dynamic framing team immediately.

With a diverse range of projects spanning the Lower Mainland, including Vancouver, the North Shore and Tri-Cities, this is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction ventures.

Wage: $35-$42

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
- Oversee the entire project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Collaborate with site carpenters, labourers, and subcontractors to coordinate project tasks effectively
- Review design plans and project requirements with the project manager and design team
- Maintain a clean job site and adhere to safety protocols
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Communicate professionally and personably with clients regarding project updates

**Requirements**:

- 5-10 years of carpentry experience or equivalent education in carpentry
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to project sites
- Ownership of basic carpentry tools
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Interest in professional growth and development within the company
- Must currently reside in Canada
