Busy growing restoration company is looking for a reliable Finishing Carpenter with a positive attitude to join our team.

Work hours are 7:30AM – 4:00PM, but occasionally there will be days that will run longer. The ability to be flexible with the job hours is a huge plus.

Requirements; & Qualifications

  • Being detail orientated and ability to think and learn quickly is a benefit.
  • Able to use common hand tools and power tools
  • Valid driver's license and drivers abstract
  • Ability to work full time, as well as be a part of an on-call rotation. (Roughly 1 week a month)
  • Troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail

Finish Carpenter Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications
  • Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, decking, furniture, etc.
  • Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed
  • Collaborate with other carpenters, journeymen, and supervisors to complete projects
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues with building components and equipment
  • Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.69-$33.83 per hour
