**Le partenaire bilingue en acquisition de talents (niveau d’entrée) est responsable du cycle de recrutement complet. La personne retenue collaborera avec les gestionnaires recruteurs pour trouver et acquérir de solides talents pour notre entreprise.

**Responsabilités**
- Gérer de façon autonome une charge constante de demandes dans un environnement de recrutement à volume élevé.
- Assumer l’entière responsabilité des besoins de l’entreprise en matière de stages coopératifs.
- Organiser le travail par ordre de priorité et établir des attentes appropriées avec les gestionnaires recruteurs et les partenaires d’affaires RH.
- Représenter Equifax et la différencier des autres employeurs en décrivant efficacement notre entreprise, notre stratégie, notre culture et nos valeurs.
- Échanger avec les gestionnaires en acquisition de talents et les collègues en recrutement des renseignements sur les talents, le marché et les pratiques exemplaires de recrutement.
- Se conformer à toutes les politiques, procédures et exigences en matière de risque d’Equifax, en particulier celles concernant l’acquisition de talents.

**Expérience nécessaire**
- Expérience éprouvée en embauche de stagiaires.
- Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente en recrutement.
- Compétences en services-conseils, grand sens de l’urgence et volonté constante d’améliorer les processus.
- Expérience éprouvée en prospection, en évaluation, en attraction et en embauche de personnes qui réussissent bien dans leurs fonctions.
- Solides compétences en gestion de projets et esprit critique

- Expérience antérieure avec Workday, un atout.
- Capacité à surmonter les obstacles, à gérer de façon proactive les attentes et les relations, à proposer des idées et des solutions novatrices et à diffuser les pratiques exemplaires.

**Synopsis of the role**:
The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner
- Entry is responsible for full life cycle recruitment and will collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent for our business.

**What you will do**:

- Independently manage an ongoing load requisitions in a high volume recruitment environment
- Fully responsible for the co-op hiring needs of the organization.
- Create strong relationships in order to build a pipeline for future openings
- Prioritize work and set appropriate expectations with hiring managers and HR partners
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and recruiting peers to share talent, market intelligence, and best practice recruiting methodology
- Comply with all Talent Acquisition and broader Equifax policies, procedures and risk requirements

**What experience you need**:

- Proven experience in co-op hiring is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience required
- Consultative skills with a strong sense of urgency and continual drive for process improvement
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System in a high volume, professional recruiting environment
- Proven track record of developing, assessing, attracting and hiring successful talent
- Strong project management and critical thinking skills

**What could set you apart**:

- Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and deliver high quality results
- Prior experience with Workday is a Plus.
- Ability to overcome obstacles, proactively manage expectations and relationships, provide innovative ideas and solutions, and shares best practices
