As the **Talent Acquisition Partner for our Retail Division **you will be reporting to the Senior Director of HR and Internal Communications. You will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment for all our stores across Canada: (posting, screening, writing the offer letters, coordinate all new hiring process etc.) You will also have the opportunity to collaborate on internal recruitment procedures & strategies to make sure we are attracting and retaining talent as per market trends. Research on best practice to recruit for our stores across Canada. Preparing recruitment status reports and other KPI to bring visibility to recruitment processes to analyse trends & help implement necessary improvements will be part of your routine. In this position it is also important that you establish and maintain strong and effective relationships and partnerships with hiring managers. You may also be given the chance to travel & participate in career fairs across the country.
