Third-Party Risk Analyst
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Third-Party Risk Analyst. In this role, you will document and gather information demonstrating the effectiveness of security controls implemented by third-party vendors to safeguard information and ensure compliance with security standards, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all involved.
This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals who excel in customer-facing environments, have strong communication skills, and can effectively manage multiple tasks. While a post-secondary education in a related field is a plus, it’s not required for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the delivery and tracking of online information risk surveys to our clients’ third-party vendors.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the evidence collection process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and vendors.
- Communicate technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, even to non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain organized workflows and documentation to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Adapt to new challenges and work efficiently under tight deadlines to deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of an organization.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- A willingness to pursue industry certifications (e.g., CTPRP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CIPP, CISA).
