Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of wholesale, corporate, bulk, and shipping orders. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a bakery environment.

*PLEASE NOTE that this job requires you to work out of BOTH of Strawberry Blonde Bakery's locations in Kanata and Westboro in Ottawa, Ontario

**Responsibilities**:

- Packaging, labeling, dating and preparing products for wholesale, corporate, bulk, shipping orders & store
- Utilize management systems to track inventory and locate products
- Ensure all orders going out are accurate and reflect our quality of products
- Ensure all necessary equipment is available for packaging orders
- Communicate with 3rd party delivery service and bakery locations to ensure all orders are delivered accurately and on time
- Responsible for the safe handling and distribution of baked goods for bakery clients
- Abide by the health and safety standards as they relate to your position
- Maintaining a clean work environment, including washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, etc.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in order picking, shipping/receiving, or bakery distribution preferred
- Knowledge of bakery or warehouse management systems is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
