**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team. As a Pet Groomer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our furry clients while providing exceptional grooming services. Your expertise will help pet owners maintain their pets' hygiene and appearance, creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality grooming services, including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling for various breeds of dogs and cats.
- Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin to recommend appropriate grooming treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and address any concerns.
- Handle pets safely and compassionately, ensuring their comfort during grooming sessions.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed when handling larger breeds or multiple pets.
- Stay updated on grooming trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance service quality.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in Pet Grooming
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with pet owners.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary, demonstrating physical strength and stamina.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their care and well-being.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail in grooming techniques and overall pet care practices.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a pet groomer with a portfolio of your work.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in grooming techniques for a variety of breeds and sizes.
- **Compassion**: A love for animals and a gentle, patient demeanor.
- **Reliability**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Certification**: Grooming certification or equivalent training is preferred.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Additional pay:
