Bather/junior Groomer

**Parker Pet Care is looking for a positive, enthusiastic, skilled Bather or Junior Pet Groomer who is dedicated to compassionate animal handling and the highest standards of animal grooming.**

**This position is a 1 year maternity leave coverage position. Contract will be July 2025 to August 2026.**

**Parker Pet Care has a unique philosophy on pet grooming. Our grooming team are able to delicately balance the expectations of the client with the health and well-being of the pet.**
- a minimum of 1 years combined experience is required.**

**Our Animal Care Building is open 7 days a week**

**Groomers are asked to arrive between 7am
- 8am. End time is variable and is dependent on workload. Appointments are booked according to units (amount of time needed for groom). Groomers normally work with a bather but if they are working alone, units are adjusted accordingly.**

**Our grooming area is newly renovated, and features Shor-Line electric tables, and both large and small dog bathtubs. Our finishing area is separate from the bathing/drying area and features natural light and bluetooth speakers. We have a staff lounge with a full kitchen, TV/netflix, a changing room with lockers and a shower.**

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
