**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our furry clients, ensuring they look their best and feel comfortable throughout the grooming process. You will work closely with pet owners to understand their grooming needs and preferences while delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for various breeds of dogs and cats.
- Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin to recommend appropriate grooming techniques and products.
- Maintain a clean and safe grooming environment by regularly cleaning tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Build strong relationships with pet owners through effective communication regarding their pets’ grooming needs and any health concerns observed during grooming sessions.
- Handle pets safely and compassionately, ensuring their comfort and well-being during the grooming process.
- Lift and handle pets of varying sizes, ensuring safety for both the groomer and the animals.

**Experience**
- Previous 2 years experience in pet grooming is required. Professional certification is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required when handling larger breeds or multiple pets.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing excellent care during all grooming sessions.
