We have an exciting opportunity for Help Desk Administrator. Working as part of the Information Technology team, this position would provide first line help desk support to partners and staff throughout the firm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide First level Helpdesk Support
- Administer Helpdesk Ticketing System (From Assignment to successful closure of the request in a timely manner)
- Hardware and Software Support for Staff (including Workstations, Printers and various in-house Applications)
- Assigning, imaging and deploying workstations (desktops, laptops and Tablets) to staff
- Maintain IT Inventory Asset Management System
- Patch management and maintain images of all existing workstations with latest service pack releases
- Ensuring IT area is free of clutter and potential tripping hazards
- Setting up and tearing down all Boardroom, conference rooms training rooms for meetings (including deploying training laptops)
- Participate in special projects, as required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in an IT discipline.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced & changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to providing excellent client service.
- Strong interpersonal, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills.
- Contribute positively to a team environment, and work independently when required.

**Computer Skills**:

- Working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office suite, browser issues, internet and Network inoperability issues
- Experience with Accounting Software (CaseWare/CaseView/Taxprep) an asset
