Hourly Rate: $ $22.00

About the Role:

We are seeking a Level 1 Remote Helpdesk Technician to provide first-level technical support to our internal team. You will troubleshoot IT-related issues and assist with systems such as desktops/laptops, mobile devices, printers, fax machines, software, remote access, networking, and phones.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support and resolve IT-related problems remotely.
  • Assist with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Support remote access and connectivity issues.
  • Document and escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 technicians.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal users.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong Windows 11 support experience within a business environment.
  • Beginner knowledge of Windows Server (2019 and up), including DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
  • Proficient support experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook troubleshooting experience.
  • Familiarity with RMM tools and ticketing systems.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or similar.
  • Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
