Remote Helpdesk Technician

Hourly Rate: $ $22.00
About the Role:
We are seeking a Level 1 Remote Helpdesk Technician to provide first-level technical support to our internal team. You will troubleshoot IT-related issues and assist with systems such as desktops/laptops, mobile devices, printers, fax machines, software, remote access, networking, and phones.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support and resolve IT-related problems remotely.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Support remote access and connectivity issues.
- Document and escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 technicians.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal users.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong Windows 11 support experience within a business environment.
- Beginner knowledge of Windows Server (2019 and up), including DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
- Proficient support experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong Microsoft Outlook troubleshooting experience.
- Familiarity with RMM tools and ticketing systems.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a university degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or similar.
- Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
