**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to engage with customers and address their needs will play a crucial role in enhancing their overall experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to help customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to conduct product demos and provide technical sales support.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Strong phone etiquette for effective communication over the phone.
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting products and services effectively.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
