We are currently seeking a **Heavy Duty Working Foreman** who shares our passion for exceptional service, innovation, and continuous growth. At Pro Spec Diesel, your contribution truly matters. Join a team that takes pride in delivering premium, timely service to our valued clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct and mentor technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide expert guidance on diagnostics and repairs
- Oversee day-to-day shop operations and uphold quality standards
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on diesel equipment
- Diagnose and repair engine, drivetrain, electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems
- Conduct safety checks and complete required documentation
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
- Utilize diagnostic software and electronic systems to interpret failure modes
- Foster a positive, high-performance shop culture

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of heavy-duty truck and trailer experience
- Journeyman Certificate
- Commercial Vehicle Inspection License
- Specialty and Manufacturer training
- Leadership or management training
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must have own tools and safety boots
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, goal-driven, and growth-minded

Assets
- Class 1 or 3 license
- Automotive Diesel experience
- Experience with Fullbay Software
