Black Sheep Heavy Duty is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, reliable Entry Level Parts Person to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into the heavy-equipment industry, learn on the job, and grow with a company that values integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our shop and field technicians supplied, organized, and efficient. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and receiving parts, components, and materials
  • Organizing and maintaining parts inventory
  • Assisting with daily parts orders and sourcing support
  • Completing parts runs and pickups as required
  • Inspecting incoming goods for accuracy and condition
  • Preparing outgoing shipments
  • Supporting technicians and service staff with parts needs
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly parts area
  • Assisting with basic administrative tasks related to inventory
  • Upholding Black Sheep Heavy Duty's core values and high customer-service standards

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
  • Valid driver's licence (clean abstract an asset)
  • Basic computer skills (training provided)
  • Willingness to learn heavy-duty parts, systems, and suppliers
  • Strong communication and teamwork

Experience is an asset but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
