Marketing Coordinator

**Job Duties**:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies to help increase customer traffic and loyalty
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
- Build brand awareness and positioning
- Direct, plan and coordinate all marketing efforts
- Develop and deliver internal and external marketing materials
- Develop and Implement communication strategies
- Develop and maintain Internet and Intranet sites for the organization
- Manage the development, production, and implementation of marketing plans that targets the retention of the current customers and acquisition of new clients through a variety of channels and media (TV, radio, and social media advertisements)
- Coordination and project management of promotional events
- Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships through proactive and consistent communication that ensures project delivery and results are meeting expectations.
- Lead the creation and development of strategy, calendar, budget and reporting, including planning and execution of annual strategic resets.
- Ensure successful strategic direction and alignment of key brand messaging on all deliverables.
- Ensure the company has an active and accurate annual marketing and communications strategy with updated management tools (i.e. marketing action plan, calendar, budget & KPIs)
- Identify opportunities for program development, program rationalization and innovation through strategic insights derived from in-depth program, market and sector knowledge
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day marketing projects.
**Skills and Abilities**:
- Detailed understanding of marketing & communications strategy and project management.
- Strong communicator with demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solver with demonstrated critical thinking ability to creatively meet goals.
- Project management prowess with critical-path mastery and an ability to “get stuff done”.
- Ability to execute within established process but able to freestyle as needed.
- Bias for action and taking the initiative to ensure results.
- Managerial experience with ability to empower others to execute with excellence.
- Ability to create annual plans and budgets and contingency plans to meet goals.
- Working Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign or CorelDraw Suite
- Knowledge of Google Search Engine Optimization, Facebook & YouTube Algorithms.
**Education and Experience**:
- Any Diploma or Equivalent Experience
- 2 year to 3 years Experience (required)
**Salary**: $35.00 per hour
