The Coordinator, Marketing will work in partnership with internal colleagues and external partners on the scheduling, planning, and overall execution of events, concerts, and Abbotsford Canucks games at Abbotsford Centre. The role will focus on the success of Arena entertainment activities and will be tasked with executing and reporting to deliver against department goals.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
(Other duties may be assigned as required)

Primary liaison with graphic design on all projects
Primary liaison with advertising agency on all paid media campaigns
Primary liaison with all hockey and event photographers
Primary lead on in house signage execution
Supports all event promoters on concert marketing
Lead curator on writing briefs for approval on all marketing campaigns
Primary staff responsible for the execution of the Abbotsford Centre social media channels.
Graphic design on minor projects (ticket flyers, LED ribbons, print signage, Abbotsford Centre graphic needs)
Lead on media planning for concerts/events that require media buy (ie. Invictus events)
Administrative duties related to all marketing initiatives such as campaign reporting

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
A post-secondary degree or diploma from a recognized institution in a related field
Experience working in digital, specifically in performance digital marketing
A strong customer service focus and solid work ethic with desire to contribute maximum effort to achieving team goals and revenue targets
Excellent people skills, with an ability to work closely and cooperatively with internal and external clients at all levels
Highly organized and detail oriented with outstanding administrative and time management skills
Strong knowledge of social media and web analytics
Solid grasp of web editing and digital technologies
Experience compiling reports and generating presentations (Microsoft Excel skill is an asset)
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by event and promotions schedule
Experience working with sponsorship activation an asset
