**Swift Health is looking to hire a service coordination manager.**
- Please note that this is an _**in-person**_ _position at our clinic at 10090 152 Street Surrey_

Our highly skilled and experienced health professionals provide assessments and treatments to assist clients to overcome disability, fatigue, pain and improve activities of daily living.

**Key responsibilities**
- Manage service coordination and process clients through our intake process.
- Help innovate better process and practices
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the company, such as administrative work, customer service, etc. (communicate with therapists, clients, and vendors on a daily basis)
- Coordinate scheduling of therapists and clients
- Review reports for technical requirements
- Manage ICBC, WorkSafeBC and other billing processes
- Update and manage documentation for company polices and processes.
- Manage office supplies and operations
- Coordinating or making social media posts.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with ICBC or WorkSafeBC referral process
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Exceptional communication

Examples of similar roles are medical office assistant (MOA), administrative assistant or office manager.

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
