However, in this position when training or travelling, the expectation would be to work any days required. Non training and travel weeks, you would work Monday - Thursday from 7:30am-5:00pm in our Head Office in South Surrey.

Box Concepts Food Group is currently seeking a **Corporate Operations Coordinator **to join our team. Reporting to the Regional Director, the Corporate Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing scheduled training initiatives for new franchisees, assisting with store openings and performing location audits to ensure the operations of franchise locations are consistent with brand standards and systems to optimize success. Extensive travel across Canada is required for this role.

- Supporting new store openings by being onsite for several weeks and supporting training and operations through all shifts?
- Conducting in store audits of operational processes and brand standards?
- Ensuring Quality Assurance standards are being met in all locations across Canada?
- Managing the oversight of all training programs?
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are organized, completed and on lime?

- Great at reports, data and information and getting them in on time?
- Experienced in the food industry with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience?
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time for work?
