**About Plan A**

Plan A is a growing Vancouver based real estate brokerage licensed for both trading and property management. Our focus is the downtown Vancouver condo and apartment market. Aside from managing properties for our clients, we also have our own portfolio of downtown condos as well as multi-unit residential apartment buildings.

Our properties are rented furnished and the average tenancy is for 3 to 6 months.

Our office has around 7 staff and is located in downtown Vancouver...within a 15 minute walk of most of our properties.

**What is This Job All About?**

Since this is a busy job with a variety of work and important deadlines, the job requires somebody who is a great communicator. Being a successfully leasing agent also require strong sales skills.

You'll have the opportunity to work for a licensed real estate brokerage and pursue your real estate license if that's part of your goals. Getting licensed opens more income opportunities for you

**Requirements**:
Strong interpersonal and sales skills

Strong English language skills...written and spoken.

Self-starter and able to work effectively without being constantly supervised.

Clear thinker, business minded, hard worker

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

A vehicle is not required as all our properties are in downtown. However, if you don't like walking a lot, you will need your own vehicle.

If the interview goes well, we'll ask you to come in for a few days of paid work. This will allow you and Plan A to determine if you're well suited for the position. If all parties are satisfied, a two year work contract will follow.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
