**WE NEED YOU FOR**
- Perform payment of accounts payable
- Enter credit card accounts
- Carry out the month-end process, including
- Bank reconciliations
- Government tax remittances/claims
- Analyzes of General Ledger accounts
- Participate in the year-end process with the external auditors
- Plan the needs and purchases of office equipment
- Participate in various administrative tasks (filing, mailings, etc.)

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ACCOUNTING CLERK WHO**
- Holds an AEC, DEP, or DEC in accounting
- Has 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Is comfortable with Sage 300 (an asset)
- Has strong communication skills
- Has a basic understanding of Excel
- Demonstrates curiosity
- Demonstrates versatility
- Communicates perfectly in French, basic English
