Accounts Payables Clerk

As an Accounting Clerk (Accounts payables clerk), you will be responsible for managing the organization's accounts payable.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform data entry in ERP system;
- Match and verify invoices with purchase orders and receipts to ensure quantities and prices are correct;
- Perform validations with buyers in case of discrepancies;
- Perform credit card reconciliations;
- Analyze and verify accounts payable statements;
- Perform weekly preparation of payments to suppliers;
- May assist in providing information and documentation required by external auditors at year end;
- May suggest solutions to make work more efficient;
- Act as a backup/support for the accounting technician.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- DEP in accounting or finance or equivalent;
- Good communication skills in French and English (oral and written);
- Good problem solving skills and strong organizational skills;
- Sense of initiative, rigor, autonomy, priority management;
- Knowledge of the Office suite and ERP systems.
