**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture (P&C), the P&C Recruitment Specialist is responsible for overseeing Recruitment and Talent Management related strategies, initiatives, processes and procedures.
**Position Type**: One-year contract.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Full cycle recruitment including**:
Internal/external job postings
Resume screening, interviewing, and reference checks
Extend and draft offers of employment
Oversee and manage employee onboarding process
Responsible for the Agency interview panel
Represent the agency at external career fairs and recruitment events
Partner with the Learning and Development Trainer in recruitment efforts and to support the Academy Onboarding Program
Work with hiring managers to find the right talent based on workforce plan and budget
Work collaboratively with Communications Department to implement and manage social media and marketing campaigns
Respond to employee and leadership related inquiries as they relate to Recruitment, Talent Management, and internal policies and procedures
Conduct external market analysis and track/report on internal recruitment-related analytics
Create and recommend recruitment strategies based on metrics/analytics
Salary/compensation analysis and recommendations
Provide agency-related orientation and training as required

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a Human Resources role (advisory level preferred)
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office 365 programs
Experience with an applicant tracking system and online sourcing (Ceridian Dayforce experience would be considered an asset)
