**What would you be doing?**
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and schedule pre-employment testing to identify top talent and support the recruitment process.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven relationship-building skills through customer service interactions and experience recruiting technical specialists, field/trades personnel, and professionals across multiple disciplines.
- Proficient in sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, familiar with job boards, HR software, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experienced in conducting behavioural-based interviews across multiple formats (in-person, phone, video).
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent computer skills, with superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
