**About the Role**

We are seeking **Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (English/French)** to support Ontarians with critical services such as **Driver’s License's**, **Health Cards**, and **Photo ID**. This is a **front-facing, high-volume** service environment requiring professionalism, attention to detail, and empathy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional **in-person customer service**:

- Communicate fluently in both **English and French**:

- Guide clients through government forms, policies, and eligibility requirements
- Process transactions with accuracy (data entry, payments, documentation)
- Operate POS systems, photo ID equipment, and ministry databases
- Handle cash, debit, credit, money orders, refunds, and reconciliation
- Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
- Manage challenging customer situations with empathy and diplomacy

**Qualifications**
- Bilingual**:English and French** (required)
- 1-2 years of **ServiceOntario** or similar customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong **verbal and written communication** skills
- Proficiency with computers, POS, and data entry
- Cash handling and financial transaction experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work shifts between **9am-7pm (Mon-Fri)**:

- Must pass a **Criminal Background Check**
