**Basic Function**:
As the Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your main focus will be to provide excellent customer service to customers that contact us regarding the various programs we manage for our clients, as well as making outbound calls to customers, data entry and general customer program servicing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to and resolve concerns in a timely manner to optimize the customer experience
- Deliver excellent customer service to existing clients
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our clients’ programs or products or to update our healthcare professional databases
- Become a brand ambassador with comprehensive knowledge of our products
- Perform data entry for various programs as required
- Other customer service duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English and French
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Possess an empathetic and nurturing personality to relate to our customers’ needs
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service preferred
- Must be comfortable making outbound calls to healthcare professionals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintaining databases
- Passion for relationship building
- Role is an in-office position
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team driven environment
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
