**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer support and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication and prompt response to inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Assist with administrative duties including filing, typing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks and financial record management as needed.
- Support Service operations by scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain organized operations and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an office setting with strong communication and sales skills
- Proven experience with call centre, collections, cold calling, door to door sales is an absolute must.
- Proficiency in technology.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is an absolute must.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and strong resolution communication skills are required.
- Proven ability to work through conflict or stressful situations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $42,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
