Job Title: Door-to-Door Sales Representative - Better Washing

Location: Moncton, NB

**Job Type**: Base Salary of $17/hr + Commission and Bonuses

**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. As a representative of Better Washing, you will have the opportunity to engage with homeowners in our community, educate them about the benefits of professional window cleaning, and secure sales for our services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to neighborhoods within designated areas.
- Engage homeowners in meaningful conversations to understand their window cleaning needs and concerns.
- Present and promote Better Washing's services, highlighting the value and benefits.
- Provide personalized recommendations and quotes based on the specific requirements of each homeowner.
- Close sales and meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Uphold the company's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in door-to-door sales is a bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed and achieve sales goals.
- Comfortable working independently and outdoors, walking extensively during door-to-door canvassing.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $6,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
