Our Team is currently looking for a **Financial Controller** to join our Senior Management Team.

**Duties**:

- Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions and controls
- Expand existing financial controls and procedures and implement same
- Provide Senior Management/owners with information vital to the decision-making
- Manage the budget process
- Assess current accounting operations, internal controls and software offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
- Develop and monitoring business performance metrics
- Oversee regulatory reporting and compliance
- Supervise accounting, purchasing and administrative staff
- Prepare month and year end reporting and analysis including Financial Statements, Bank and Government Reporting, Senior Management and Shareholder Reporting.
- Maintain and advance Cash Flow Management
- Manage and/or Perform various accounting functions for multiple corporations including project costing, contract receivables, and account reconciliations
- Participate in corporate, department & management meetings.

**Qualifications**:
Business/Accounting Degree or Diploma. Preference to individuals with or working towards an Accounting Designation. Minimum of 5 years Financial Accounting experience. Must be energetic, hands on with proven organizational and time management capabilities. Excellent communication skills, a professional presentation and the ability to work independently and make responsible decisions in a diverse and ever changing business environment. Also needed are top notch MS Office skills. Previous experience with QuickBooks Enterprise, experience in multiple currencies and foreign exchange transactions required. US reporting experience would be an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
