As Managing Director of CredAbility Canada, you'll bring your passion and expertise to the fore each day. This role is far from standard - it's a hands-on opportunity to spearhead our expansion into Canada, mirroring the success we've achieved in the UK.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Developing and executing comprehensive strategic plans to achieve company objectives and foster growth.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability.
- Providing effective leadership to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Leading business development efforts to expand market share and enhance revenue streams.
- Nurturing talent through coaching, mentoring, and professional development initiatives.
