Reporting to the CEO, the Manager, Marketing & Branding will lead and manage the TERAGO Marketing department in the ongoing development and marketing of fixed wireless access services.
- Manage a small team of marketing specialists focused on lead generation and customer retention.
- Work cross functionally to develop and maintain brand strategy and positioning.
- Lead the execution and launch of various marketing initiatives and track and report results.
- Assist in the development of corporate strategy and develop a marketing plan (incl. PR, advertising & promotion, customer events, etc.) to support the corporate strategy.
- Develops sales tools, including CRM, proposal tools and other sales support documentation.
- Manage website and online presence, including SEM/SEO initiatives
- Manage customer retention and upsell initiatives.
- Manage relationships with outside support vendors (marketing agencies, tool vendors, etc.)
- Develop prospect and lead qualification and management processes. Ensure sales are provided all potential customer information to successfully sell to our targeted customers.
- Develop and manage monthly marketing budget.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Conduct strategic and economic analysis for new market expansion.
- Support and assist TERAGO’s sales personnel when required.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related area. An MBA is preferred.
- Experience writing, presenting and successfully executing strategic marketing plans.
- Proven experience in motivating, leading and inspiring a successful team

Skills & Abilities
- Solid knowledge of telecommunications services marketing.
- Proven management capabilities
- Strategic understanding of B2B marketing and market segments.
- Strong analytical skill set, especially in regard to customer data and customer data management.
- Strong CRM knowledge.
- Strong understanding of the marketing research process and advertising campaign development.
- Energetic team player with proven skills in leading, planning and executing in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Goal-focused individual able to deliver in a fast-paced environment with a ‘can do’ attitude.
