1. SEO Content (35%)
- SEO content writing/editing/proofreading
- exceptional writing skills with the ability to write, edit and proofread marketing content, such as blogs, website pages, and social media posts.

2. Technical (35%)
- WordPress website management
- to create and update websites using WordPress. WordPress experience includes installing/modifying/using themes, plugins, widgets, menus & pages. Experience with WIX, and SquareSpace is an advantage.
- Using Canva to create marketing materials.
- Using Google Analytics
- Support SEO optimization
- Using AI tools

3. Social media (20%)
- Writing, posting, and managing social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok

4. Customer support (10%)
- Provide customer support for Digital Marketing Services.

5. Team mentorship - Guide and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Work authorization (required)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Writing, editing and proofreading across a broad range of platforms; websites, blogs, landing pages, press releases, video scripts, banners, and flyers
- Proven experience with WordPress
- Social media knowledge and experience
- Understanding of SEO best practices and concepts
- Understanding of branding, design concepts, and user experience
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated, 100% reliable
- You need to be able to ask questions, learn fast and demonstrate leadership
