Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing, planning and execution of media campaigns, as well as developing and executing influencer marketing strategies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Media buying:_
- Plan and execute media buying strategies across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Tik tok, Youtube
- Analysing media buying data and optimize campaign for better performance and ROI
- Develop and maintain relationships with media vendors, negotiate rates, and manage budgets to maximize the impact of media campaigns.
- Analysis and Optimization:_
- Identify key metrics and constantly monitoring the data and performance, adopt adjustments and optimization strategies
- Conduct A/B testing on various test points such as platforms, channels, visuals, gender, age, and etc.
- Influencer Marketing:_
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, including identifying and selecting influencers, negotiating contracts and managing relationships.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s messaging and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze the success of influencer marketing campaigns and report finding, Develop and maintain media and influencer database, including contact information and performance metrics
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of relevant media buying/influencer marketing experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record of managing paid media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Tik Tok)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work smoothly with different teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and provide insights and recommendations
- Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop advertising strategies and plans
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or Tik Tok business centre, and etc.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
