**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits of each unit.
- Manage tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi and CMMS for data entry and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate files and documentation related to leasing agreements and tenant information.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote available properties through various channels.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current tenants to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a leasing or property management environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience using Yardi or similar property management software is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about the leasing process and property management industry.

Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
