Edmonton, Canada First Class Construction Full time

We are a construction company that is expanding and looking to add employees. We do mostly interior renovations in Edmonton and the surrounding area. Must have a reliable vehicle as we have multiple job sites around the city and surrounding area.

Looking for people with the following qualifications
- Punctual, reliable and dependable
- Experience with hand tools is a requirement
- Skilled carpenters, painters, flooring installers and finishers
- Installation of cabinets and finishing work including door installs, baseboard, and casing will be required
- Being able to get to work on time and daily is required to different locations in Edmonton and surrounding area.
- Team player and resposible for self and ability to clean up after themself

**Summary**

In the role of Construction/General Labor, you will be essential in supporting various construction projects, primarily focusing on flooring installation. Reporting to the site supervisor, you will utilize hand tools to ensure precise and efficient installation while adhering to safety standards. The organization expects you to demonstrate core skills in construction techniques and tool handling, alongside premium skills in teamwork and problem-solving. Your relevant skills will enhance project outcomes and contribute to a productive work environment. Join us to be a vital part of our construction team and help bring projects to life.

**Responsibilities**
- Install various types of flooring materials, ensuring precise measurements and alignment.
- Utilize hand tools effectively to cut, shape, and secure flooring components.
- Prepare subfloors by cleaning and leveling surfaces before installation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that may arise during the process.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 - 40 per week
