**Position**:Experienced** General Labourers - Civil Construction

**About the Role**

We are currently hiring General Labourers to join our civil construction crew. This position involves assisting in various aspects of infrastructure and site work, including excavation support, grading, and clean-up duties. If you’re hardworking, dependable, and enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general labour tasks on construction sites
- Assist with site preparation, grading, gravel placement, and concrete support
- Operate small tools and equipment as needed (e.g., plate tampers, jackhammers)
- Set up and take down signage, fencing, and other safety controls
- Shovel, rake, and level materials such as gravel or soil
- Maintain a clean and organized work site
- Follow direction from foremen and equipment operators
- Adhere to all company and safety regulations

**Qualifications**
- ** Previous experience in construction and as a general labour is required**:

- Physically fit and able to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and out-of-town as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Safety certifications (e.g., First Aid, CSTS, Flagging) are a plus
- Strong work ethic and team-player attitude
