Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Construction Labourer located in Edmonton, AB. The General Construction Labourer will assist with various tasks on radon mitigation installation projects, including preparation of worksites, handling construction materials, aiding in masonry, flooring, and renovation activities, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of the work area. Additional responsibilities may include operating basic tools and equipment, following project plans, and collaborating with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience with Masonry, Flooring, and Renovation work
- General Construction skills, including handling materials and tools
- Ability to conduct Research when required to solve construction challenges
- Understanding of safety protocols and procedures in construction
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset
