**Construction Crew Leader and Labourers needed.**
As a member of our construction crew, you will have the opportunity to work on projects at remote job sites, requiring the ability to commute and work on the road. We provide hotels for accommodation, along with a $50 per day live-out allowance.
**For Crew Leader**
- Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to effectively plan and manage construction projects
- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, ensuring efficient and safe operations on-site
- Coordinate and manage equipment, materials, and resources to meet project timelines
- Oversee all aspects of the job site, including quality control, and safety compliance
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in construction, with expertise in framing and carpentry highly preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high productivity and quality workmanship
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting construction plans
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Competitive pay based on experience
**For Labourers**
**Responsibilities**:
- Work on various tasks, including but not limited to framing, finishing work, and general labor duties
- Follow instructions from the crew leader and other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Possess basic hand tools and a tool belt
Competitive pay based on experience
**Salary**: $18.00-$45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location: On the road
