**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct telemarketing outreach to potential clients, introducing our products and services.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of our products to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and develop strategies for outreach.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in dental sales.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and convey them clearly to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A passion for dentistry and staying informed about market trends is essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
