We are currently seeking a
**Project Coordinator **to join our team in HALIFAX, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).
**(Remote)**

The Project Coordinator will be the main point of contact for all project reporting, administrative tasks, and documentation for multiple engagements. The Project Coordinator will report and take guidance directly from the Client Executives, Delivery Managers, and Senior Project Coordinator.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor, track, and report on the completeness of weekly time reporting within the teams.
- Work with internal teams to create and finalize client invoices.
- Initiate and maintain contracts in SAP for various clients.
- Prepare/update and publish monthly management reports and project documents.
- Learn the details of the client’s industry and business in the US as well as understand their current challenges.
- Prepare detailed plans with timings, contact lists, and workflows to ensure smooth operations and minimum risk.
- Provide supporting data to managers for renegotiating delivery dates or requirements when it is deemed necessary.
- Ability to lead, coordinate and participate in strategic improvement initiatives as required.
- Work in a team-oriented environment requiring collaborative effort.
- Provide project management support to multiple simple projects or at least one larger, more complex project.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to NTT DATA standards, processes, and policies for all projects.
- In addition to regular project communications, must be able to prepare, present, and distribute project information to applicable project team members as needed.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

**Education and Experience**:

- Typically requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

**Skills**:

- Strong investigation, research, and communication skills.
- Strong skills and confidence in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel.
- Good ability to ensure that effective project controls are in place to monitor project or program performance.
- Experience using standard project/development lifecycle methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and detailed oriented.
- Good capability at providing effective performance reporting for the customer and company in order to monitor the progress of the project.
- Strong ability to identify, develop and quantify any required corrective action plans.
- Experience in SAP is considered an asset.
