As an Assistant Manager, you have room to grow, or step in strong.

We’re on the lookout for a driven, curious, and service-minded hospitality professional to join our team at Nemesis Coffee Central—someone ready to take the next step in their career and learn what it takes to become a successful General Manager.

This role is designed for someone who may not yet have deep management experience, but brings the right instincts, behaviours, and desire to lead. You’ll begin by working closely with our acting GM, learning the day-to-day operations as an Assistant Manager, while receiving hands-on training in both service and coffee where needed.

As you grow into the role, you’ll take on more leadership responsibilities and begin demonstrating readiness to step up as the site’s next General Manager. The timeline for that transition will be performance-based and discussed further during interviews or trials.

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
