Primary Responsibilities: We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Co-Ordinator to support a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like supporting the recruitment of all 3 warehouses facilities including requisition processing, job postings, applicant tracking, interviews, employment offers and onboarding and to provide support and assistance to the Human Resources department and HR initiatives. This role will also be responsible for the onboarding process of all Tree of Life employees.
Essential Functions**:Recruitment and Selection**
- Work with warehouse leaders to identify their needs and execute the search by completing job posting, screening of applicants, telephone prescreens, scheduling of interviews, reference checks and offer letter preparation and presentation.
- Manage the hiring process to ensure employment process compliance, accurate metrics tracking, weekly reporting.
- Assign new hire access badge.
- Inform IT of new hire set up.
- Coordination and identification of trainers when required.
- Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.
- Conduct all employee onboarding process including seating assignments
- Other duties and special projects as requested and support various initiatives aimed at preserving and promoting Corporate Culture and Values.

**Onboarding and Orientation**
- Ensure new hire paperwork is completed according to payroll timelines
- Responsible to ensure best in class onboarding by partnering with warehouse leaders to organize, execute and follow-up on onboarding of employees
- Schedule in-person or virtual orientation sessions
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide all onboarding material
- Ensure training logs are created and completed by warehouse supervisors
- Issue company gas cards and business cards where applicable
- Schedule quarterly meet and greet sessions with the leadership team and new hires

**Payroll**
- Support the processing of ADP payroll by entering new hires into Work Force Now, and other applicable department reports
- Assist in the administration of Union Payroll timekeeping, paid time off tracking and other payroll duties as assigned

**Health & Safety**
- Responsible for administering all Health & Safety training in HR Downloads system
- Responsible for data maintenance into HR Downloads system
- Participate in JHSC meetings and take minutes for distribution
- Responsible to keep all Health and Safety Boards updated

**Administration**
- Manage the in-house performance management system (Greenhouse) - including uploading new hires/terminations/employee moves, assisting employees with the inputting of goals and performance reviews and troubleshooting.
- Keep all communication boards updated

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude**:Experience and Qualifications Required**
- Strong computer skills Intermediate skills with Microsoft office
- French is an asset
- 1+ years of HR experience is an asset but not required
- Post-Secondary Education in HR or related discipline preferred
- You must be flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to build solid relationships
- Detail oriented and able to work with a high sense of urgency, within a fast-paced environment
