**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Preparing and writing documentation for policies, contracts and handbooks.
- Participate in employee relations activities, helping to address employee inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members, contributing ideas for process improvements and patient/Dr/assistant relations.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to HR functions and Medical Office Admin
- Patient employee relations
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Medical Admin, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Accuro or any EMR.
- Strong interest employee relations, writing employee manuals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced workplace.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Freelance, Internship / Co-op
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
