We have an **IMMEDIATE OPENING** for a **FULL-TIME** professional, well organized, detail oriented individual to lead and manage our customer service team. Canmore Registry is an independent agency offering **ALBERTA GOVERNMENT SERVICES** in motor vehicles, corporate registry, vital statistics, land titles and personal property.
This position involves:
**MANAGING DAY TO DAY AND OVERALL SUCCESSFUL OPERATION OF THE REGISTRY OFFICE WITHOUT SUPERVISION**
**TEAM LEADER PROMOTING A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT WITH COACHING, MOTIVATION, DIRECTION, WORKFLOW, PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND MENTORING**
**ADMINISTRATION DUTIES SUCH AS NIGHTLY BALANCING, CHARGE ACCOUNTS, RECORD RETENTION, OFFICE INVENTORY & SUPPLIES, MAINTAINING SYSTEM OF IN/OUT ITEMS, BANKING, CORPORATE ACCOUNTS**
**MANAGING STAFF AND ASSISTING IN NEW HIRES**
**MAINTAINING, UPDATING AND IMPLEMENTING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES**
**CORRESPONDENCE WITH CUSTOMERS AND HEAD OFFICE**
**HANDLING INCOMING EMAIL, MAIL AND PHONE INQUIRIES**
**RESOLVING CUSTOMER AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY CONFLICTS AND REQUESTS**
**MAINTAINING HIGH STANDARD OF OFFICE SERVICE, POLICY AND PROCEDURE COMPLIANCE AND ACCURACY, SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY GUIDELINES**
**INTERACTING AND ASSISTING OFFICE CONTRACTORS SUCH AS IT PROVIDERS, ROAD TESTERS, AUDITORS, ETC.**
**MAINTAINING OFFICE COMPUTER SYSTEM AND HARDWARE**
**PARTICIPATING IN THE FRONT LINE WITH A VARIETY OF ALBERTA REGISTRY TRANSACTIONS AS NEEDED**
**REPORTING TO OFFICE OWNER**
Full-time position within **MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9:00 - 5:30 **schedule.
